Delivery Policy

Please review our delivery guidelines to ensure a smooth and reliable service experience.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected locations within Uttara and Mirpur areas. Delivery availability is shown at checkout and may change based on service capacity.

2. Delivery Schedule
  • Meals are delivered Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery time window: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order during this time.
3. Order Cut-Off Time

Changes to meal plans, delivery address, or subscription pauses must be made by 5:00 PM on the previous day. Requests after the cut-off will apply to the next eligible delivery day.

4. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Access restrictions (security gate, no response, etc.)

The order will be marked as Delivered and is not eligible for refund or redelivery due to food safety regulations.

5. Subscription Pauses & Address Changes
  • Pause subscriptions via your account dashboard.
  • Update delivery addresses before the daily cut-off time.
6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are included in the subscription unless stated otherwise. Special zones or urgent rerouting may attract additional charges.

7. Food Safety & Packaging
  • All meals are sealed and hygienically packed.
  • Highly maintained SS-304 food-grade lunch boxes are used for subscribed accounts.
  • For sampling purposes, food-grade disposable packaging is used.
  • Meals are intended for immediate consumption or refrigeration upon receipt.
8. Delays & Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather events, or unforeseen operational issues. Customers will be notified via SMS, email, app notification, or our support team.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photos. Verified errors may qualify for a credit toward your next meal.

10. Public Holidays

Deliveries are suspended on public holidays unless otherwise announced.

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or application.
